We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Product Owner Analyst (B2+/C1 English required) to join our team. If you are passionate about product development, agile methodologies, and being a strategic bridge between business needs and technology, this is your opportunity.

About the Job

We're looking for a motivated, early-career professional who is eager to learn and grow into a Product Owner role within the financial/fintech space. Prior exposure to the financial sector (product, business analysis, or functional roles) is valued, but deep card-industry experience is not required we're prepared to train the right person.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end development of digital products: identifying business needs, translating them into user stories, and collaborating closely with cross-functional (including native English-speaking) technical teams. You will help identify and report risks and issues, ensure alignment with IT process management standards, and play an active role in Scrum ceremonies.

This position requires someone hands-on, coachable, and eager to be involved throughout the full product lifecycle — from discovery and design to implementation and continuous improvement. Attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us than years of experience.

Preferred profiles include professionals with a background in business administration, accounting, or finance, who are comfortable navigating both business logic and tech conversations.

Requirements

• Some experience (junior level) in product management, business analysis, or a functional/process role within tech or financial-sector projects
• Strong, demonstrated coachability and eagerness to learn — attitude is prioritized over prior technical depth
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum (ceremonies, artifacts, backlog management)
• Familiarity with writing and managing user stories
• Working knowledge of Jira and Figma
• Exposure to data analytics tools is a plus
• Nice to have: exposure to any part of the payments value chain (cards, payment methods, financial products) — not required, but a strong plus
• English level B2+/C1 (bilingual proficiency required) — you'll work daily with a native English-speaking team member, so strong spoken and written English is essential
• Preferred: background in business, administration, accounting, or finance
