Symmetrio is recruiting for our client, an innovative healthcare technology company, for a Clinical Product Analyst. In this highly collaborative, customer-facing role, you'll serve as the clinical bridge between radiation oncology providers and the product development team for an AI-powered oncology software platform.
You'll work directly with physicians, dosimetrists, and clinical staff to understand how care is delivered from patient consultation through treatment planning. By building strong relationships with customers and earning clinical credibility, you'll gather workflow insights, demonstrate product capabilities, and translate customer feedback into actionable requirements for the product and engineering teams. This role is ideal for an experienced radiation oncology professional who enjoys working with people, solving workflow challenges, and influencing the future of healthcare technology.
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, clinical, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of clinical experience within U.S. Radiation Oncology.
Experience as a Medical Dosimetrist, Radiation Therapist, Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Applications Specialist, Clinical Specialist, or similar radiation oncology role.
Strong understanding of physician consult workflows, treatment planning, oncology documentation, and radiation oncology operations.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with physicians and clinical leadership.
Ability to translate clinical conversations into structured workflow documentation and product requirements.
Experience supporting healthcare technology, clinical software, EMRs, or oncology information systems is preferred.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Willingness to travel approximately 1 - 3 times per year to customer sites, conferences, and team meetings, including occasional international travel.
