This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Lead based in the United States.
We are seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Lead to drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a growing portfolio of enterprise software solutions serving the process manufacturing industry. You will own product marketing for current and upcoming ERP platforms and their integrated MES, WMS, and CRM offerings, helping customers understand the value of a connected technology ecosystem over standalone solutions. Working closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Demand Generation, you will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories and practical sales and campaign assets. You will support product launches, customer adoption, expansion initiatives, and the introduction of AI-powered products. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to take ownership, deliver high-impact work, and expand your strategic scope as the portfolio evolves.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, releases, and updates across ERP platforms and integrated MES, WMS, and CRM solutions.
- Create launch and marketing materials, including product messaging, website copy, email campaigns, webinar content, sales presentations, product videos, social media assets, and supporting collateral.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and differentiated messaging across current and upcoming products, ensuring prospects and customers understand available functionality, product capabilities, and roadmap direction.
- Plan and deliver product-focused webinars and customer events, including agenda development, presentation creation, and live or recorded presentations.
- Contribute to go-to-market messaging and content for AI products as the portfolio expands.
- Develop positioning that communicates the advantages of an integrated ERP platform compared with standalone or best-of-breed MES, WMS, and CRM solutions.
- Create content and messaging that supports customer adoption, migrations, upselling, and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
- Partner with Demand Generation to translate positioning into campaign strategies, providing themes, product direction, messaging, and ready-to-use content.
- Review campaign performance and market feedback with the campaign manager, refining messaging and content based on what resonates with customers and prospects.
- Contribute to customer segmentation and lifecycle messaging to ensure campaigns reflect each customer's journey, from acquisition and onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, including competitive battlecards, intelligence briefs, objection-handling guides, and product presentations.
- Coordinate sales enablement sessions with Product Management and maintain a proof-point library of customer stories, case studies, ROI data, and references.
- Conduct win/loss interviews and monitor competitor activity, particularly across ERP and standalone MES, WMS, and CRM markets.
- Share customer and market insights with Marketing and Product leadership to inform positioning, messaging, and product prioritization.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in product marketing strategy and execution, ideally within B2B technology or vertical SaaS.
- Experience marketing ERP platforms or software suites with integrated or add-on solutions, including positioning connected capabilities against standalone alternatives and communicating products that are still in development.
- Experience in chemical or process manufacturing markets, or marketing directly to ERP buyers, is a strong advantage.
- Practical, forward-thinking use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily marketing activities, with examples of improving productivity, quality, or creative output.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns through marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Experience creating content for digital and social channels and working closely with Demand Generation teams to turn positioning into live campaign assets.
- Confidence presenting product content through webinars, conferences, customer meetings, or user events.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling and differentiated narratives for technical and business audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to independently manage multiple complex and overlapping projects.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales technology tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $98,000–$157,000, depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
- Competitive bonus and compensation programs.
- Flexible time off policy.
- Paid parental leave.
- Remote-first working environment.
- 401(k) plan with company contribution.
- Medical, vision, and dental insurance, including a company-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
