About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help take new products from idea to launch at Aru Labs. You’ll work closely with design and engineering to figure out what to build, why it matters, and how to get it into users’ hands quickly.

What you’ll do

• Own products from idea to launch
• Define product direction, priorities, and roadmap
• Turn ideas and user problems into clear product requirements
• Work closely with designers and engineers
• Talk to users and understand their needs
• Launch, measure, and iterate on products
• Make decisions quickly and keep projects moving

What we’re looking for

• Strong product sense
• Experience shipping digital products
• Excellent communication and execution skills
• Comfortable working with engineers and designers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• High ownership and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Experience building consumer products
• Experience with AI products
• Technical background or strong technical understanding
