Job Description

The Product Integration Consultant leads the implementation of integration solutions between Our Client’s cloud-based products and on-premise Oracle Utilities applications, while also contributing to product architecture and technical delivery. The role combines hands-on engineering, client collaboration, and leadership responsibilities to ensure seamless multi-product solution implementations across utility environments.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills (Required)

  • Oracle Utilities Applications: C2M, CC&B, MDM, or related CIS platforms
  • Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Integration technologies: SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSLT
  • SQL, data modeling, and data transformation concepts
  • Java, Groovy, JavaScript; familiarity with J2EE components and configuration tools
  • Experience developing integration workflows and cross-system data exchanges
  • Version control systems (Git or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of on premise Oracle Utilities architectures and integration points

Technical Skills (Desired)

  • AWS or OCI cloud services (Cognito, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • API management tools and integration gateways
  • MEAN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular, Node.js)
  • Front-end development: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS
  • CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based products
  • Knowledge of web communication protocols (HTTP, SFTP, WebSockets)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in utilities

Experience Requirements

  • Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Utilities CIS applications (C2M, CC&B, MDM, Field Work, etc.) in on premise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, including designing, building, and enhancing software components that support enterprise utility solutions.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex integration solutions.
  • Experience leading development teams and implementing SDLC processes.
  • Practical experience with cloud-based products integrating into on premise systems.
  • Strong understanding of utility Meter-to-Cash processes and Oracle Utilities data models.
  • Experience with multi-product solution implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
