Payroll specialist

A pristine small-town hospital in Northern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent, REMOTE Payroll Specialist to join their thriving team!

Pay Range:

$32.00 - $42.00/hour

The Payroll Specialist Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
• Monday - Friday within standard business hours
• Hybrid/Fully Remote Payroll Specialist role but must be a permanent resident of Minnesota

Payroll Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's timekeeping and payroll systems for accuracy. Payroll Specialist will assist with payroll processing, HRIS data maintenance, and the creation of reports, audits, and filings within payroll.

Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

• Must possess a High-School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years of end to end payroll experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Highly desirable to have a strong HR background or any payroll certifications
