Partner marketing manager

As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will own and drive the success of PetDesk's most critical strategic partnerships. This highly visible, cross-functional role is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and enabling partner organizations, serving as the connective tissue between external partners and our internal teams.

You will act as the primary liaison for assigned partnerships, ensuring that each partner is aligned, activated, and equipped to drive mutual value and strengthen our presence across the industry.

• Own the end-to-end strategy and performance of both channels — day-to-day management and long-term growth planning for strategic partnerships
• Manage and define the annual partner budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting to ensure both channels are resourced to perform
• Identify, source, and onboard new partners that align with PetDesk's growth strategy (vet groups, buying groups, industry associations)
• Develop and deliver partner training and enablement programs so partners can confidently represent PetDesk's value proposition
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to activate partnerships and deliver seamless customer experiences
• Serve as the strategic advisor and point of escalation for partner success and alignment issues, and represent PetDesk at partner events, industry conferences, and joint initiatives to deepen relationships and build market presence
• Track and analyze performance across partnerships — partner health and channel KPIs — using insights to continuously adjust strategy and optimize impact
• Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and the industry event landscape to inform partnership strategy and uncover new value-creation opportunities

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or channel sales — preferably in SaaS or healthtech
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive revenue and customer growth
• Experience owning a budget and reporting on ROI/performance for a marketing or growth channel
• People management experience, or demonstrated readiness to manage and develop a direct report
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you're a natural connector with executive presence
• Highly strategic thinker with operational chops — you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute the details
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without authority across sales, marketing, and product teams
• Experience working with veterinary buying groups, GPOs, or industry associations is a strong plus
• 25% Travel required
