You are a relationship-builder ready to make a significant impact in the emergency communication industry linking our partners to code-required services to help them solve their customers’ needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, cultivate, and source new strategic partnerships and develop existing partners for an assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, leveraging both in-field visits and telephone outreach to self-generate new partner opportunities.
  • Travel to partner sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of Kings III products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential customers.
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships with partners to drive engagement, growth, and partner satisfaction.
  • Consistently articulate Kings III’s value proposition to partners in order to maintain and increase Kings III’s share of each partner’s business.
  • Exhibit assertiveness and persistence in following through the entire partner process, from initial contact to agreement execution, onboarding, and handing off to the territory sales representative.
  • Work with Kings III Sales Representatives throughout the territory to connect target partners and generate referral opportunities.
  • Provide detailed updates as needed on the progress of weekly and monthly goals.
  • Log all activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Embrace a disciplined, repeatable process, and consistently enhance your partner skills and industry knowledge.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Elevator industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience working with or selling to independent elevator companies.
  • Supplier-side elevator industry experience is a plus, especially if you’ve developed relationships with independent elevator contractors, their owners, leaders, and sales teams.
  • Familiarity with the independent elevator company landscape and an existing network of industry relationships is a strong plus.
  • Experience developing new business relationships from the ground up, including prospecting, opening doors, building trust, and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Experience growing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to generate additional business through those relationships.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales representatives or account owners to create and develop opportunities.
  • Experience supporting partner or customer onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship development is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage outreach, relationships, activity, and next steps.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
