Analytical Skills: Expert-level capability in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data manipulation), and attribution modeling.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion pixels, server-side tracking, and enhanced conversions.
Creative Eye: Ability to collaborate on visual and video creative specs tailored for Demand Gen and asset-led formats. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications. Experience with third-party SEM management tools (e.g., SA360, Marin, Kenshoo/Skai) or bid management scripts. Background in [B2B / E-commerce / Lead Gen - specify your industry].
Your superpowers are… Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong data interpretation abilities with a passion for turning insights into action. Outstanding attention to detail and campaign accuracy. Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term growth.
