Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Lead with a strong techno-functional background in both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Fusion ERP integrations and be capable of providing strategic guidance during architecture and Phase 0 assessments regarding the use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) versus MuleSoft. This role requires a consultant who understands both business processes and technical architecture, rather than a traditional middleware-only resource.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
• Strong techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Expert-level knowledge of Fusion ERP integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• MuleSoft
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
• Oracle ERP Cloud integrations
• Proven ability to evaluate and recommend integration strategies during project planning and Phase 0 activities.
• Experience leading technical design workshops and architecture discussions.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP integration architecture and design initiatives.
• Assess business and technical requirements and recommend the optimal integration platform (OIC vs. MuleSoft).
• Design scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and support phases.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and system architects.
• Review technical designs, development standards, and integration frameworks.
• Mentor technical teams and ensure best practices are followed.
• Support data migration, reporting, and cross-platform integration requirements.
