Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) - Multi-Unit Operations - Denver Based

As an Operations Excellence Manager (OEM), you'll lead operational improvement initiatives, support hotel transitions, develop leaders, and execute targeted strategies that drive revenue, guest satisfaction, compliance, and profitability.

Field-based leadership position with up to 75% travel across multiple hotel markets. Minimum 3 years multi-unit leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or service-based industries. Strong background in operational improvement, financial performance, leadership development, and project execution. Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Denver International Airport (DEN).
