Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team. This is a fully remote position, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation Package

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities. Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 110 Nevada workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigated files.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure claims are handled efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize robust technology systems to document and process claims effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling Nevada workers' compensation/indemnity claims.
• Active Nevada Adjuster’s License is required.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
