Job Title: Marketing/Communications - Field Marketing

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 months

Pay rate: $65/hr - $70/hr on W2

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description:

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. And most importantly a Customer First Mindset.

Qualifications:

The Field Marketing Executive role works with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation. The candidate should have a proven track record of 7 years as an Outstanding performer in an IT/ITES organization handling Field, product and or Digital Brand Marketing. He/she should be capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope and Exhibit passion, energy and ambition. Demonstrate self confidence influencing key stakeholders to get the job done.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including:

• Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua).
• CRM systems (preferably Oracle CRM).
• Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling.
• Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies.
• Audience segmentation analysis and tools.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
