Pay Range: $70 - $85/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the channel roadmap and quarterly optimization plans across paid social, search, and programmatic.
• Set the optimization agenda and drive performance improvements to completion.
• Manage portfolio investments, balancing always-on and campaign activities against business priorities.
• Ensure technical integrity in trafficking, tracking, and audience governance.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive paid media calendar and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Own the testing roadmap, prioritizing experiments and evaluating new channels and ad products.
• Collaborate with martech and marketing operations to enhance data flow and system adoption.
• Align paid media strategies with organic, website, and search efforts for cohesive messaging.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years paid media experience with direct channel ownership.
• Proven experience in paid social at scale, with knowledge of search and programmatic channels.
• Technical fluency in trafficking, tracking/tagging, and audience governance.
• Experience managing a media calendar and coordinating timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills, capable of producing actionable reports.
• Experience in enterprise B2B technology marketing, particularly in AI, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Background in ABM media execution and audience governance.
