We’re looking for a Marketing Leader, GTM & Website to lead integrated marketing programs for Myridius. This role brings together GTM strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing, website and digital experience, marketing technology, content, campaign execution, and marketing operations. The Role

As the Marketing Leader, GTM & Website, you’ll turn Myridius’ business priorities into marketing programs that build awareness, engage target accounts, and drive qualified pipeline. You’ll bring sales, partnerships, presales, sales enablement, delivery, and leadership together to make it happen. You’ll also own our website, digital experience, and marketing technology, making sure all the moving parts work together rather than operate in their own little worlds. It’s a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead the team, rally internal resources, and keep agencies and vendors moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

GTM & Demand Generation

• Develop and execute integrated GTM, demand generation, and account-based marketing programs aligned with business priorities, target accounts, industries, and sales objectives.
• Define campaign audiences, messaging, channel strategies, budgets, timelines, conversion paths, and success measures.
• Partner with sales and business development teams on account targeting, outreach, lead follow-up, pipeline goals, and campaign optimization.
• Work with technology partners to develop and execute joint marketing and demand generation programs.
• Build content and campaign strategies that connect customer needs with Myridius capabilities and business outcomes.

Website, Digital & Martech

• Own the strategy, roadmap, content, and ongoing optimization of the Myridius website as a key GTM and demand generation channel.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies on website enhancements, UX, SEO, GEO, analytics, integrations, landing pages, conversion paths, and digital experience.
• Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, lead management, analytics, campaign workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with marketing and sales operations to improve data quality, segmentation, lead routing, attribution, and visibility into marketing performance.
• Evaluate tools, technology, and processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Content & Sales Enablement

• Translate technology service offerings into clear, differentiated messaging focused on client challenges and business outcomes.
• Work with subject matter experts, writers, and designers to develop case studies, whitepapers, blogs, thought leadership, landing pages, presentations, and campaign assets.
• Develop sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, battlecards, outreach messaging, presentations, and campaign briefing packages.
• Ensure messaging and content are consistent across campaigns, website, sales materials, partner programs, and other client touchpoints.

Leadership & Performance

• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members while establishing priorities, accountability, and clear ownership.
• Manage internal resources, agencies, vendors, and technology partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation based on business priorities and expected return.
• Establish KPIs and reporting that connect marketing activity to engagement, qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Present marketing strategy, performance, insights, and recommendations to executive and commercial leadership.
• Use data, market feedback, and sales input to continuously improve marketing programs and investment.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology consulting, IT services, SaaS, enterprise software, or a similar B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated GTM, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies.
• Experience partnering with sales and executive leadership to align marketing with business priorities, client needs, and pipeline goals.
• Experience managing a B2B website and digital presence, including content, UX, conversion optimization, SEO, GEO, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology, including CRM, marketing automation, lead management, analytics, attribution, and campaign platforms.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, website content management systems, and marketing automation.
• Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and external resources.
• People management experience, with the ability to provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability.
• You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and follow through on commitments.
