Role Overview

Under the direction of Head of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will help keep marketing initiatives organized, aligned, and on schedule. This person will support project coordination, manage timelines and deadlines, cross collaborate with all departments, and assist with a variety of marketing activities. There is potential for growth beyond a coordinator-level role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project coordination and timeline management
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring projects stay on schedule
  • Vendor ordering and inventory tracking, including event materials
  • Light content creation and Canva design work
  • Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Market and keyword research
  • Basic analytics and reporting support
  • Maintaining brand guidelines
  • Event support and logistics
  • Cross-functional collaboration across departments
  • General marketing support as needed

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with AI tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Critical thinker who learns concepts quickly and can translate ideas into action
  • Self-starter who can keep projects moving and provide structure

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Canva experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 5-6 Years experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • WordPress experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience
  • CRM experience
  • MoveWare experience
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms
