About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, savvy Marketing Associate, Social Media & Content to help shape Vivian Health's organic social presence and connect with nurses and healthcare professionals nationwide. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the creative engine behind Vivian Health’s organic social and UGC presence. You’ll shoot, design and publish content that connects with nurses and healthcare professionals, bring brand campaigns to life, and help run our influencer and UGC programs. You’ll partner with world-class marketers on strategy and use AI tools to work smarter.

What You'll Do:

• Create short-form video, carousels and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more
• Maintain a content calendar posting daily Instagram Stories and manage our community across channels
• Monitor brand sentiment and community engagement
• Bring brand campaigns, giveaways and events to life, such as Nurses Week and World Mental Health Day
• Partner with the paid marketing team to brainstorm and source influencers, and lead the creative process for paid influencer content
• Support influencer, UGC creator programs, and affiliate partnerships from outreach to contracts and payments

What We're Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience creating social media content for a brand, agency, or personal platform, with a portfolio demonstrating your work
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in content design, video production, and editing using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
• Confidence on camera with a strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, and what drives audience engagement
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a publishing calendar and multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using AI tools and an interest in applying them to improve workflows

Experience in healthcare, nursing or staffing

The range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 yearly base salary plus equity, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
