This role partners with Young Life product owners, department leads, and field leaders to develop communication strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained use of organizational initiatives.
This role translates complex business and technology changes into clear, actionable communications that help staff understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to do.
Using a change management framework, this role develops communication plans that build awareness, encourage adoption, and reinforce new ways of working. This role also coordinates messaging across teams, aligns communications with training and support resources, and helps reduce communication overload by ensuring staff receive the right information at the right time.
This role also partners with content stewards to help ensure that content on the staff intranet remains an accurate, organized, and trusted source of information.
In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is outlined below. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the United States. The anticipated salary rate for this position can range from $59,250 - $74,150 depending on relevant education, experience, and location.
