About the role

Crunchyroll is seeking an execution-focused Manager, (GTM) to support the UCANZ region (United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand). This individual will play a critical role in driving the planning, execution, and operational excellence of regional GTM initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver subscriber growth and business objectives.

You will help drive GTM execution for Crunchyroll's owned-and-operated platform and key distribution partners, including Amazon, Apple, Google, YouTube, Roku, Comcast, PlayStation, Samsung, and others.

What You'll Do

Drive Go-To-Market Execution

• Lead the day-to-day execution and coordination of GTM initiatives across the UCANZ region, ensuring workstreams are aligned with strategic priorities and have clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and next steps.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, partner initiatives, and regional priorities across Marketing, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, Operations, Product and Business Development.
• Establish clear project plans, trackers, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies for multiple concurrent initiatives so stakeholders have current visibility into progress, dependencies, decisions, and areas requiring attention.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders, proactively removing blockers and ensuring successful execution.

Performance Analysis & Business Insights

• Track regional business performance against subscriber, engagement, revenue, and campaign targets.
• Analyze performance versus plan, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Partner with Analytics, Finance, Lifecycle, and User Acquisition teams to develop reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Monitor key GTM KPIs and prepare regular executive-ready reporting on regional performance, market trends, and operational health, and key risks.
• Leverage data to inform prioritization, resource allocation, and future GTM strategies.

Operational Excellence

• Serve as a key operational partner to the GTM UCANZ leadership team, ensuring initiatives move forward efficiently and consistently.
• Identify process gaps and proactively recommend workflow improvements that increase speed, visibility, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Keep trackers, dashboards, business reviews, and project documentation accurate and up to date, helping establish clear sources of truth for the region.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, trackers, business reviews, and project documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Synthesize complex information into concise insights, recommendations, and next steps for leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build strong relationships across Product, Content, Marketing, Lifecycle, Analytics, Finance, Business Development, Regional teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate initiatives across global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Thrive in a highly matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority and effectively navigating changing priorities and ambiguity.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, program management, go-to-market, or project management within entertainment, media, technology, gaming, or a fast-paced consumer business.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
• Experience interpreting business performance, measuring results against targets, and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Experience building executive dashboards, reports, business reviews, and presentations using data to tell compelling business stories.
• Experience with project management, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with senior leadership.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

About the Team

Crunchyroll's continued global expansion is driven by strong regional execution and integrated growth strategies. The GTM & Planning team partners closely with U.S.-based leadership and regional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that grow Crunchyroll's subscriber base, deepen fan engagement, and maximize the impact of its owned-and-operated platform and strategic distribution partners.

As part of the broader Growth & Planning organization, the team sits at the center of regional strategy, operational planning, and cross-functional execution, bringing together Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics, Lifecycle, Business Development, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact.

The Pay Range for this position is listed.

Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
