About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Loan Coordinator / Lender Liaison to manage active loan files and ensure they move efficiently from submission through closing.

You’ll serve as the primary coordination point between lenders, underwriters, and internal teams, maintaining clear visibility across every active loan while ensuring documentation, conditions, follow-ups, approvals, and deadlines remain on track.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, lender coordination, or real estate financing who understands how to keep deadline-sensitive transactions moving.

What You’ll Own

  • Lender & Underwriter Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with lending partners
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the loan lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience in:

  • Loan Coordination
  • Loan Processing
  • Mortgage Operations
  • Lender Liaison roles
  • Similar lending positions

Strong understanding of the U.S. mortgage or lending process

Experience managing loan files from submission through closing

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple active loans simultaneously

Experience with:

  • CRM systems

  • Google Calendar

Strong attention to detail and deadline management

Ability to proactively manage lender and underwriting follow-ups

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You may start your day by reviewing every active loan to identify new lender updates, outstanding conditions, missing documentation, and approaching deadlines.

Throughout the day, you’ll communicate with lenders and underwriters, follow up on outstanding conditions, coordinate documentation with internal teams, update loan statuses and CRM records, and track upcoming closing milestones.

You’ll also resolve or escalate potential bottlenecks and ensure loans approaching closing have their outstanding requirements completed.

In short: you keep every loan organized, every stakeholder informed, and every deadline moving toward a successful closing.
