The Youngman Agency is hiring a licensed, high-performance Property & Casualty Producer who loves to close, thrives under pressure, and is hungry to earn real money. If you want to consistently write 40–60+ items a month and dominate a leaderboard, this is where you belong.

What You’ll Do

• Work warm & hot leads daily
• Quote through rapport & strong follow up
• Make outbound calls with urgency
• Follow proven talk paths
• Build a pipeline through follow-up & referrals
• Hit aggressive monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

$16.50-$20 per hour plus 10% commission

Requirements

• Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License (Required)
• Strong closing skills
• Competitive, coachable, money-motivated personality
• Comfort with outbound calls & accountability
