Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing care and support to our patients/residents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the appropriate nursing staff
• Perform assessments and document patient care accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies
• Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity and independence

This is a remote opportunity, must have clean MVR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current LPN license in the applicable state
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
• CPR certification preferred or required, depending on facility
• Previous healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
