Position Overview
The client is seeking an experienced Lead Android Mobile UI Developer to support enterprise mobile application development. The consultant will focus primarily on Android mobile application and UI development, lead mobile development initiatives, contribute to application enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
The consultant will:
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Android mobile applications
- Lead Android mobile UI development initiatives
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development
- Contribute to mobile application architecture, design, and implementation
- Develop and enhance mobile UI functionality
- Support ongoing mobile platform initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, engineering, QA, and other technical teams
- Participate throughout the complete SDLC
- Support application testing and deployment
- Maintain mobile development standards and best practices
- Review technical solutions and contribute to application enhancements
- Help ensure mobile applications meet quality and performance expectations
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates with:
- iOS mobile development exposure/experience
- Experience working across multiple mobile platforms
- Compliance and certification management process experience
- Large enterprise application development experience
- Experience leading mobile development teams or technical workstreams
