Job Title: IT Tester

Scope of Services:

• Build and execute test scripts for applications.
• Conduct performance/load testing.
• Track test results and defects.
• Provide knowledge transfer on testing processes.

Mandatory Expertise:

• 3+ years in document management/information governance.
• 1+ year using test case management and defect tracking tools.

Desirable Expertise:

• Experience with UAT, functional, and system testing.
• Test documentation and familiarity with Kofax, IBM FileNet, and related systems.

Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
