Job Title: iOS Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced iOS contractor to join our mobile engineering team. As an iOS contractor, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and maintain features in the client’s iOS app. You will contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, and help us deliver key features for our growth user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Swift code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large-scale, multi-team codebases.
• Familiarity with dependency injection and modular app architectures.
• Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.
