About the Role

Rick Francis Farmers Agency is looking for an experienced, licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our team remotely. We're seeking a dependable and knowledgeable insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, managing accounts, and providing exceptional service.

In this role, you'll work with existing customers to handle their insurance needs, answer coverage questions, manage policy changes, and identify opportunities to improve and expand their coverage. If you have insurance experience and enjoy building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Manage and service existing client accounts, providing timely and professional support.
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, endorsements, and general account needs.
  • Answer coverage questions and help clients understand their insurance options.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Review existing policies and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Assist with account retention and ensure clients receive consistent, quality service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
  • Follow up on client requests and work to resolve issues efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Active insurance license required.
  • Previous insurance industry experience required.
  • Farmers Insurance experience is a major plus!
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and account servicing.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
