As an ERP Business Analyst, you will leverage your SAP S/4HANA eWM expertise to drive process improvements and deliver impactful solutions supporting Lockheed Martin’s warehouse and production operations. Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize warehouse and production operations to enhance system performance and business efficiency.
• Lead solution design sessions, collaborating with business process owners and technical teams.
• Configure and test S/4HANA eWM processes for material movement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Author detailed functional specifications for system enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of functional designs and standardized solutions.
• Support data conversion, integration testing, and go-live readiness activities.
• Develop documentation, testing procedures, and user training materials.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and S/4HANA innovations aligned with production strategies.
• Manage project workflows and requirement tracking using Jira and Focused Build.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)
• Strong background in inventory management and inventory conversions
• Proven track record in large enterprise SAP environments
• Experience authoring functional specifications from customer requirements
• Proficiency working with ABAP developers for custom functional solutions
• Skilled in facilitating data-driven decision making
• Experience supporting full cycle ERP implementations, including gap analysis, requirements gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, reporting, go-live, and post go-live support
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills across multiple IT integrations
• Effective verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other ERP systems or related business processes
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Focused Build
