- Co-lead onboarding projects alongside Hospital Success Managers to provide practices with a seamless and well-organized implementation experience.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for veterinary hospital teams, helping staff understand care-plan workflows and confidently incorporate them into their daily practice.
- Coordinate implementation logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, communications, readiness checkpoints, and stakeholder alignment.
- Work with internal teams, vendors, and hospital staff to ensure dependencies are addressed and no critical launch requirements are overlooked.
- Conduct technical and operational readiness reviews, validating integrations, configurations, and systems before launch.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and clients to resolve outstanding technical or operational requirements and document all necessary sign-offs.
- Support a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing customer support and success after launch.
- Capture post-launch feedback and insights and share them with Product, Engineering, and Hospital Success teams to continuously improve implementation processes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, operations, project management, or a closely related field; veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience training, coaching, or enabling client-facing teams, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders, manage dependencies, and keep implementations on schedule.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines in fast-moving environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with both internal teams and customer-facing hospital staff.
- Familiarity with veterinary practice workflows, healthcare systems, or comparable operational environments is advantageous.
- Startup experience is preferred, particularly the ability to work effectively in evolving environments, build processes, identify gaps, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with CRM database workflows and related operational processes.
- Strong ownership mentality, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to build trust across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
Benefits:
- Opportunity to contribute directly to a rapidly scaling organization with a 5X growth trajectory.
- High-visibility role where your work has a direct impact on every new hospital launch.
- Mission-driven environment focused on improving access to preventive veterinary care.
- Opportunity to help establish and continuously improve implementation processes as the organization scales.
- Collaborative team environment with motivated, supportive, and mission-oriented colleagues.
- Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and valuing diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds.
