Job Description:

• Identify and recruit top talent for various departments within Amazon
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews for potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Utilize ATS system to track applicant progress and manage candidate pipeline
• Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires
• Build relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting resources to attract candidates
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR related matters
• Assist with performance management processes and employee relations issues
• Partner with HR team members on special projects and initiatives
• Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
