  • Coordinate mail and shipping needs.
  • Follow up on onboarding tasks after new employee start dates.
  • Respond to employment verification requests and assist in maintaining internal HR systems.

Travel Requirements:

What Success Looks Like:

  • Timely and organized response to HR communications and requests.
  • Compliance with I-9 and training documentation requirements.
  • Up-to-date LMS tracking and employee file management.
  • Accurate and current organizational charts and onboarding records.

What You'll Bring

  • At least one (1) year of administrative experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS/LMS systems.
  • Experience with onboarding and I-9 documentation is a plus.
  • Comfort working independently in a hybrid work environment.

What Makes You Fit:

You are a detail-oriented and dependable team member who enjoys keeping things organized and running smoothly. You thrive in a support role where you can contribute to team success behind the scenes. You have a natural curiosity and like learning new systems and tools. You take initiative and follow through without needing a reminder. You care about the quality of your work and the accuracy of the information you manage.
