The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong technical background to assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary ranging from USD 35-55 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Train and educate team members on new systems and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
