Introduction

Inside Out is a US-based premium placement firm. We place executive assistants with American founders and executives at fees of $8,500–12,000+ per placement, with a 7–10 day fill standard and a proactively screened candidate bench. Demand is generated through paid advertising and an in-house sales team — your job is not to find clients. Your job is to run and grow the machine that delivers for them.

Duties & Responsibilities

The role

You will own the EA placement division end-to-end: recruitment operations, candidate bench, fill speed, placement quality, and team performance. You'll lead a team that includes an operations coordinator, recruiters/screeners, and sourcing support, and you'll report directly to the CEO.

What you'll own

• Time-to-fill (standard: 7–10 days from signed client to placed candidate)
• A standing bench of fully screened, interview-ready EA candidates
• Recruiter productivity, screening standards, and scorecards
• Placement quality and 90-day retention (replacements come out of our margin)
• Process: ATS pipeline (JazzHR), sourcing channels, candidate experience
• Scaling the division: more placements per month without quality slipping

Desired Experience & Qualification

Who you are

• 5–10+ years in recruitment, with real leadership: you've run an agency, a branch, or a perm desk — P&L or billings responsibility, not just a seat on a team
• You've managed recruiters and know how to hold a quality bar under speed pressure
• You know your numbers cold: placements/month, fill times, fall-off rates
• Experience placing into US, UK, or Australian clients strongly preferred
• Calm, structured, decisive. You prioritize ruthlessly and don't drop balls
• Comfortable working US-aligned hours remotely

Package & Remuneration

Salary: $4000 to $5000/mo USD + quarterly bonuses
