Job Description

About the Job

Our GTM thesis is defined: who we sell to, the three motions we run, and the economics behind them. You own turning that into a working machine. You'll set channel strategy, build the quarterly plan, allocate budget, direct the specialists, and run the operating rhythm. You'll also be the person who tells the founder when the thesis needs to change and brings the evidence.

What you'll own

  • Priority 1: Pipeline GTM engine management. Our outbound motion targets advertisers and PPC agencies for our referral program. You own the outcome: pipeline targets, campaign priorities, message consistency, and accountability. Our GTM Engineer owns the technical system underneath it (account scoring, deliverability, sequencing architecture). You direct the what and the why; they own the how.
  • Partner/affiliate program (interim). Developing the onboarding and enablement strategy for agency partners in our referral program. You'll hand this off, not keep it.
  • Priority 2: Authority Content. Editorial direction and calendar. You direct our Senior PPC Content Strategist, who owns the benchmark reports and the founder's voice; you own that it ships and that it converts. SEO and AEO. Topical SEO strategy, plus Answer Engine Optimization: making sure that when an AI assistant is asked about wasted ad spend, our benchmark is what it cites. Structured data, entity consistency, and source placement. Technical SEO goes to a specialist you brief.
  • Priority 3: Reach and brand Social media / founder-led content distribution. Platform strategy, calendar, repurposing pipeline, and measurement. The founder supplies the point of view, and the content strategist captures it; you own the system that distributes it and the numbers that come back. Brand consistency. One voice across site, product, email, and partner materials.
  • Maintenance Email and lifecycle. Nurture sequences, onboarding flows, campaign calendar in HubSpot. Always The operating rhythm. Weekly scorecard, dashboards, and an honest read on what's working and what isn't. This role exists because the founder can't be in every channel; your reporting is his visibility.

Required experience

5+ years running multi-channel B2B marketing, including at least two at a company under 100 people where you did the work as well as planned it. Owned pipeline, not just programs. You've been accountable for a number that Sales also cared about, and you can talk about a quarter you missed and why. Directed specialists and contractors across content, SEO, email, and outbound without being their functional expert. You know how to hold a technical specialist accountable without pretending to do their job. HubSpot fluency. Workflows, lifecycle stages, attribution, reporting. You build the dashboard, not just read it. AI-leveraged operating. You run more channels than your headcount should allow because you've built the automation and LLM workflows to do it. Paid media literacy. Enough 9/10 Google and Meta Ads fluency to speak credibly to an audience of performance marketers. AdTech or agency background strongly preferred. Honest reporting instinct. You surface bad numbers early and kill your own initiatives when the data says so.

Ideal Candidate

Deep background in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, PPC, or digital marketing products. Experience with AEO / LLM citation strategy (we care what you've done and measured, not what you've read). Experience in a partner or affiliate motion development. If this is you, we 100% need to talk, and we look forward to your application.

The Hiring Process

  • Short screen
  • One-way video interview
  • Initial first Interview
  • Assessment round (async)
  • Interview with leadership team

Benefits:
