Growth marketing manager

Location: Griffith, IN (Remote)

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + performance bonus

Loopy Cases is a family-founded, direct-to-consumer eCommerce phone accessory brand. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition and help shape how our products are brought to market across paid media, social channels, influencer campaigns, and creative initiatives.

This is an individual-contributor role with real ownership of strategy, performance, and growth. You won't be managing a team on day one, but you'll play a critical role in bringing marketing campaigns to life by partnering closely with our CMO, Creative Manager, and Influencer Relations Manager.

This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and campaign strategy, using ROAS to guide decisions while shaping creative direction, campaign concepts, and product launches. You will translate ideas into high-impact campaigns across departments, backing budget and strategy choices with data and a long-term brand focus.

What You’ll Do

• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging channels, managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve ROAS, MER, and new-customer growth targets
• Build and manage a continuous testing program across creative hooks, formats, angles, offers, audiences, landing pages, and conversion paths
• Analyze campaign performance to set priorities, guide decisions, and report results, learnings, and recommendations to marketing leadership
• Develop campaign concepts and launch strategies for new products, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, creating briefs that align paid media, organic content, influencer partnerships, photography, and creative assets around shared objectives
• Partner with the Creative Manager to identify photography, video, design, and content needs, and with the Influencer Relations Manager to source and leverage UGC, creator content, and influencer partnerships that support acquisition and engagement
• Help shape Loopy's social content strategy by identifying relevant themes, trends, and opportunities, and use organic and paid content performance to inform future creative direction
• Stay ahead of platform changes, consumer trends, creative best practices, and emerging growth opportunities, proactively bringing ideas to the team

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated experience driving growth for a DTC or eCommerce brand
• Proven track record of scaling paid spend profitably across Meta and TikTok, with hands-on Google Ads experience strongly preferred
• Strong command of performance metrics including ROAS, MER, LTV, and conversion rate optimization
• Experience developing campaign strategies that connect paid media, creative, influencer marketing, and content efforts into a cohesive customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute structured creative testing programs and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, influencer, and leadership teams
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to move comfortably between big-picture planning and hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting recommendations, insights, and performance results to leadership
• High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward
• Proficiency with Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other analytics and attribution tools
