Growth manager

About the Role

As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user, revenue, and performance growth through experimentation, optimization, and data-driven initiatives. You will work across marketing, product, and sales functions to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies that improve acquisition, activation, and retention. This role is suited for professionals who are analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable owning growth metrics end to end.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Design and run experiments to test and optimize growth initiatives
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue growth
• Monitor KPIs and report on growth performance
• Implement tools and processes to support scalable growth
• Maintain documentation and testing frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and metrics
• Experience running experiments and optimization initiatives
• Familiarity with analytics, attribution, and testing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

• Base Salary: USD $90,000 to $130,000 annually
