Fullstack developer

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end architectures. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build robust, high-performance features that deliver an exceptional user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Development: Design, build, test, and deploy robust, scalable features across the entire technology stack (front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and database structures).
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to modern software engineering best practices, design patterns, and security standards.
• System Architecture: Collaborate on architectural decisions, database design, and API integrations to ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and functional solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve production issues, debug complex codebases, and continuously optimize application performance and load times.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, contributing innovative ideas to improve our development workflows and technical stack.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
• Front-End Proficiency: Strong command of modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Next.js).
• Back-End Expertise: Solid experience with back-end languages and runtimes (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go) and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency with relational and/or non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Working knowledge of Git, code versioning workflows, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and critical-thinking skills with a passion for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
