Full stack developer

CrossTech is seeking a Full Stack Developer on an ongoing basis to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs that enable digital business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, using .NET and modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role will collaborate closely with application architects, DevOps engineers, and database administrators to build integrated, cloud-ready systems that support core business functionality.

The Full Stack Developer will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js)
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations using .NET Core or ASP.NET MVC
• Develop responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript following modern UX best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive optimization and tuning
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, peer code reviews, and daily scrums
• Work with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools to manage code, automate builds, and deploy applications
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and design specifications
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data protection standards
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack application development within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API and WCF service development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and software design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Experience optimizing application performance and debugging complex issues
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs or enterprise data systems
• Domain experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus
