Financial systems analyst

This is a remote position.

In this role, you will be the key bridge between the IT/Data teams and the Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis departments. Your primary goal will be to support, configure, and optimize financial systems while ensuring data accuracy and enabling business stakeholders through reporting and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support & Configuration: Support and configure financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.
• Data Integration & Automation: Collaborate directly with ERP and Data teams to integrate and automate financial data flows.
• Data Analysis & Validation: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• User Training & Documentation: Train Finance users, prepare system documentation, and maintain user guides.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system solutions.

Requirements

• Technical Experience: Strong proven experience with financial planning systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Reporting Tools: Proficiency in BI360, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid basic understanding of corporate finance and accounting operations.
• Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business leaders and technical teams.
• Time Zone Availability: Ability to work with a minimum overlap with the EST time zone (until 12:00 PM EST).
