The Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) is the senior technical leader responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise architecture for a large-scale healthcare supply chain and logistics portfolio.
The ESA leads the sustainment and modernization of legacy business applications, inventory systems, procurement systems, financial management integrations, enterprise data capabilities, and shared digital services. This role establishes the architecture for a centralized integration platform that enables secure, scalable, governed, and near-real-time information exchange across supply chain, logistics, clinical, financial, asset-management, and external partner systems.
The ESA serves as the core technical leader responsible for planning, designing, and governing next-generation autonomous, goal-driven AI systems that support supply-chain modernization, operational decision-making, workflow optimization, enterprise data exchange, and intelligent automation.
This position balances continuity of mission-critical operations with deliberate, phased modernization. The ESA ensures that architecture decisions improve interoperability, data quality, cybersecurity, resiliency, maintainability, delivery velocity, and readiness for future digital capabilities.
This is a critical technical leadership role responsible for enabling a secure, integrated, resilient, and modern healthcare supply-chain ecosystem. The Enterprise Solution Architect protects current operational capabilities while establishing the architecture, governance, integration foundation, data discipline, modernization pathway, and intelligent automation capabilities required for future enterprise transformation.
At TISTA, you’ll do meaningful, mission‑driven work that improves lives alongside teammates you trust and leaders who are transparent and supportive. We invest in your learning and internal mobility so you can build a career that keeps advancing. We’re proud to serve and hire Veterans, and we put people first in everything we do.
TISTA associates enjoy above Industry Healthcare Benefits, Remote Working Options, Paid Time Off, Training/Certification opportunities, Healthcare Savings Account & Flexible Savings Account, Paid Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability, 401K Match, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Holidays, Military Leave, and much more!
