Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive – Strategic AI Solutions

Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the U.S. - Remote / Hybrid (Major Tech Hub)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Strategic Playbook: Manage and grow a defined list of Named Commercial Accounts within the Fortune 500, hitting and exceeding annual seven-figure quotas.
• Orchestrate Multi-Million Dollar Deals: Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial discovery through technical proof-of-concept (PoC) to final procurement and execution of $1M+ ARR contracts.
• C-Suite Relationship Building: Establish trusted-advisor relationships with Enterprise CxOs (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief AI Officers) and business unit leaders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Quarterback internal teams—including Solutions Architects, AI Research Engineers, Product Managers, and Legal—to deliver bespoke, high-impact enterprise proposals.
• Value-Based Selling: Demystify complex Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLM technologies into tangible business outcomes, ROI, and competitive advantages for the client.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of enterprise software (SaaS) sales experience, with a strict focus on the Commercial/Enterprise sector and Fortune 500 clients.
• Proven Track Record: Verifiable history of closing multi-million dollar deals ($1M–$5M+ ACV/ARR) and consistently exceeding quota (President’s Club status preferred).
• Domain Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of the AI/ML landscape, data infrastructure, or complex cloud enterprise software. You must be able to confidently discuss AI adoption challenges, security, and scalability.
• Account Management: Deep experience managing a structured Named Account territory using strategic selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Miller Heiman).
• Navigation Skills: Masterful ability to navigate the intense legal, compliance, data privacy, and procurement hurdles unique to Fortune 500 organizations.

Competitive Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $360,000 annually (50/50 base-to-variable compensation structure).
• Uncapped Commission Plan: Significant earning potential with aggressive accelerators for exceeding quota. Top performers have the opportunity to earn $500,000+ annually.
