Job Description

Death is our only foe.

Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity. We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.

Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions. We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.

Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Digital Product Manager to own the shopping experience on Immortals.com. You’ll lead the storefront roadmap, improve conversion across the customer journey, and drive our migration to a headless Shopify setup.

This role combines product strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll turn customer insights and performance data into better shopping experiences, partnering closely with backend engineers, frontend developers, design, and marketing to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll own:

  • Storefront strategy and optimization
  • Headless Shopify migration
  • Conversion and experimentation
  • Paid traffic performance
  • Cross-functional delivery

What you bring:

  • Experience managing ecommerce products or storefronts, with a track record of improving conversion and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with headless commerce architectures, ideally Shopify headless.
  • Comfort working directly with backend engineers and frontend developers, including discussing APIs, integrations, technical dependencies, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Experience owning complex digital projects from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.
  • Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, customer segmentation, and evaluating experiment results.
  • Experience with ecommerce analytics and experimentation tools.
  • An understanding of how paid acquisition, landing page experience, merchandising, and site performance influence ecommerce results.
  • Clear communication, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to bring cross-functional teams together around a roadmap.

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching or migrating a headless Shopify storefront.
  • Familiarity with Shopify’s Storefront API, Hydrogen, or a React/Next.js commerce stack.
  • Experience with headless content management systems and ecommerce integrations.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO, web performance, and accessibility.
  • Experience partnering with growth teams on paid traffic conversion optimization.

What success looks like:

  • A clear, prioritized storefront roadmap tied to customer needs and business outcomes.
  • A well-executed headless Shopify migration with reliable shopping flows and measurement.
  • Measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per session, and funnel completion.
  • More effective landing pages and shopping journeys for paid traffic.
  • A consistent rhythm of experimentation, delivery, and learning across product, engineering, and marketing.
