Director of regional marketing, americas

ClickHouse is hiring a Director of Regional Marketing to lead our regional marketing strategy across US, Canada and LATAM. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building awareness, generating pipeline, and accelerating revenue across our largest and most competitive region.

In this role, your mission will be to define and scale the AMER regional marketing engine. You will own the regional marketing strategy, lead and grow a team of regional marketers, partner closely with AMER sales leadership, and adapt global campaigns to the distinct needs of markets across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will be measured on enterprise pipeline and self-service revenue (MRR), working across both our self-serve product-led motion and our sales-led enterprise motion.

What you will do

• Own the AMER regional marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget, aligning field programs to regional pipeline and revenue targets in partnership with sales leadership.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of regional marketing managers across the region, setting clear goals, developing talent, and building a high-performance culture.
• Serve as the marketing counterpart to AMER sales leadership, including dedicated sales VPs focused on public sector and strategic verticals, participating in regional forecasting, QBRs, and account planning to ensure marketing investment maps to sales priorities.
• Collaborate with demand generation to build marketing programs for the U.S. public sector, strategic verticals, and AI-native sales teams, tailoring field marketing programs to how each segment buys.
• Support the commercial sales team's product-led sales motion, partnering with growth and demand generation to convert self-serve usage into commercial pipeline and expansion revenue.
• Develop an integrated regional program mix spanning first-party hosted events, third-party conferences, virtual events, ABM plays, digital advertising, and partner marketing.
• Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and content for AMER markets, including localization for LATAM.
• Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, lead management, and follow-up in partnership with marketing operations and the global demand generation team, ensuring every program has a clear path from engagement to pipeline.
• Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, including pipeline generated and influenced revenue.
• Identify emerging market opportunities across AMER, making the case for new investments in geographies, verticals, or channels as the business grows.
• Represent the region within the global marketing team, sharing insights and advocating for AMER needs in global planning cycles.

About you

• 10+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing within the database, data analytics, infrastructure, or developer tooling space.
• Deep experience marketing across North America, with experience in or exposure to LATAM markets a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success owning a pipeline number and driving measurable revenue impact through regional marketing programs.
• Proven ability to partner with sales leadership at the VP level.
• Experience working in a remote-first, globally distributed organization, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
