Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Growth Marketing based in United States.

The Director, Growth Marketing will lead scalable, measurable growth across demand generation, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution. This senior role owns pipeline creation and campaign performance while partnering closely with Sales to accelerate new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention. You will translate growth objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps and integrated campaigns across multiple channels. The role combines strategic GTM leadership with hands-on execution, rigorous analytics, and continuous experimentation. You will shape targeting strategies around ICPs, personas, buying committees, and intent signals. Success will be measured through pipeline quality, funnel conversion, CAC, ROI, account engagement, and strong sales alignment. The environment is highly cross-functional, data-driven, and focused on building repeatable growth systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies and integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and revenue, owning demand generation and supporting ABX initiatives for priority ICPs and buying committees.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to establish pipeline targets, conversion metrics, account strategies, and shared priorities, while leading monthly and quarterly campaign planning and initiative reviews.
  • Translate broader growth objectives into actionable quarterly marketing roadmaps and maintain accurate campaign and GTM strategy materials reflecting current priorities, initiatives, and performance.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance, tracking conversion across the funnel from lead through SQL, opportunity, and closed-won revenue.
  • Build attribution models, performance dashboards, and ROI frameworks that inform marketing investment decisions and continuously optimize programs based on CAC, LTV, conversion, and revenue insights.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to activate ICP definitions, personas, account segmentation, and value propositions across campaigns, while developing data-driven targeting strategies based on industry, firmographics, intent signals, and account engagement.
  • Oversee integrated campaign development, messaging, and content strategy, including detailed campaign briefs covering touchpoints, channels, audiences, and buyer-journey stages.
  • Develop and document messaging frameworks and value propositions, ensuring consistent positioning and value communication across marketing channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Leverage event and field marketing strategies to increase pipeline generation, account engagement, and executive-level engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize automation, CRM, reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure, ensuring high data quality and actionable performance insights.
  • Evaluate and implement growth and marketing technology tools that improve campaign execution, measurement, automation, and scalability.
  • Monitor success metrics including qualified meetings and SQL conversion, funnel improvements, CAC and ROI efficiency, ICP engagement and penetration, ICP Fit scores, sales alignment, stakeholder satisfaction, and consistent on-time campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing, with a proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue through demand generation and account-based marketing.
  • Strong experience aligning Marketing and Sales around pipeline goals, conversion metrics, account strategies, and shared performance measures.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, attribution, analytics, and performance measurement tools, with the ability to turn data into actionable growth decisions.
  • Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments, particularly where sales cycles involve multiple stakeholders and complex buying committees.
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, experimentation mindset, and understanding of growth frameworks, including CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel optimization, and attribution.
  • Experience with event and field marketing is highly valued, particularly when used to strengthen pipeline generation and executive engagement.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other cross-functional partners around shared outcomes.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, deadlines, and performance reviews in a fast-moving environment.

Benefits

  • Remote position based in the United States, offering flexibility to work within a distributed environment.
  • Senior-level ownership of growth strategy, pipeline generation, and GTM execution with significant influence on revenue performance.
  • Opportunity to lead integrated demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, campaign strategy, and marketing operations initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other business stakeholders.
  • Data-driven environment with strong emphasis on experimentation, attribution, measurable ROI, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Exposure to enterprise and mid-market SaaS growth strategies, complex buying committees, and account-based engagement.
