Digital marketing manager

Role overview

Owns strategy and execution across Kraymer Art's digital marketing channels, with Meta Ads as the primary channel and expansion into Google, organic social, and influencer. Works with the founder and the product team to sequence campaigns behind launches and grow revenue. This is a hands-on role, not oversight only.

What you'll do

• Own strategy and execution across digital channels, Meta Ads first, then Google, organic social, and influencer.
• Run Meta Ads end to end: account structure, creative testing, scaling, and daily optimization.
• Analyze performance daily and move spend and creative based on what the numbers show.
• Write and produce ad creative yourself, scripts, copy, and visual direction, from concept to final asset.
• Review creative from editors and designers for on-brand quality and likelihood to perform.
• Separate winning creative from underperformers and direct future production against it.
• Align campaigns with product launches and seasonal drops so marketing runs behind the product, not bolted on after.
• Track trends, competitor activity, and audience shifts on Instagram and short-form platforms.

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads budgets with direct accountability for performance.
• Portfolio of graphic and video ads you produced yourself, scriptwriting through final edit.
• Experience running paid marketing for a Shopify ecommerce brand.
• Genuine anime knowledge, current titles, fandom culture, and what the audience responds to.
• Frequent, current use of Instagram and short-form platforms.
• Written and spoken English at C2 level. This is a hard requirement.

The details

Fully remote, open to applicants in any country. 40 hours per week, flexible hours, choose your own schedule. Pay is US$6 to US$15 per hour based on experience. If your rate expectation is above this range, this is not the role for you. Please do not apply. Long-term role with full-time potential.
