Sargent & Lundy is establishing a Digital Adoption Platform capability within the Training & Development group. In this position, you’ll act as a singular internal digital adoption consultant and hands-on solution developer. Your initial focus will be supporting WalkMe implementation for S&L’s new ERP in coordination with external implementation partner. Alongside this project and as the “go-live” dust settles, you’ll help build the foundation for scaling DAP solutions to other software platforms by creating end-to-end governance for how S&L scopes, designs, builds, tests, approves, deploys, maintains, and evaluates WalkMe solutions.
This is a full-time temporary position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with an estimated duration of 12 months.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to the Chicago office may be required.
We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position.
At Sargent & Lundy, we care about the health and well-being of our employees. Our commitment extends beyond the workplace, offering comprehensive healthcare plans and generous paid time off to support our team members in every aspect of their lives. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we are proud to provide competitive, award-winning benefits.
