Customer service specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customers with questions, requests, and service issues. You will communicate with customers, provide accurate information, resolve routine issues, and work with internal teams when additional support is needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer questions and service requests
• Resolve routine customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about orders, services, and locations
• Follow up on open requests and customer concerns
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes
• Escalate issues when additional support is needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous remote customer service experience
• Experience with CRM or customer support systems
• Food service, hospitality, or retail experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and employment details will be discussed during the hiring process.
