Join Workplace Solutions as our Creative Services Manager, in this role it offers a unique opportunity to help build something new. You'll lead creative and omnichannel marketing services at a segment level, manage the concepting, production, and refinement of marketing creative to bring marketing strategies and plans to life. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the Workplace Solutions creative organization, from building the team to defining how creative services are delivered across the business.

Oversees the development and delivery of creative and omnichannel marketing services to meet the needs of segment marketing strategies and plans. Ensures delivery aligns with corporate brand standards. Leads, mentors, and manages staff to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring their team has the necessary skills, training, feedback and decision-making autonomy. Oversees all personnel functions, including hiring, performance management, development planning and compliance with company policies. Provides input on marketing strategy and plans. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the target audience, business objectives, success measures, messaging, products and distribution channels, etc. are well understood - so the creative team is positioned to deliver with confidence. Participates in concepting and reviews with stakeholders as needed. Engages and works collaboratively with other functions (such as segment marketing, brand and communications, marketing operations, insights, analytics and technology) to ensure alignment with standards and requirements, coordination in strategies and plans, and effective use of their skills, knowledge and capabilities. Develops and manages a roadmap for the ongoing improvement of creative and omnichannel marketing services at the segment level. Proactively seeks and implements improvement opportunities, such as leading and/or partnering on changes to process, training, technology, data and analytics, and use of AI. Actively manages expenses within assigned budgets to ensure they are appropriate and optimized for results. Develops, negotiates and maintains relationships with key vendors and external partners as needed. Serves as a primary contact and/or coordination point for external creative agencies/contractors. Contributes to marketing strategy for the broader segment, annual planning and budgeting, and supports internal communications. Stays abreast of market, economic, audience, competitive, legal/regulatory, innovation and other trends that could impact audience expectations and behaviors, results, and what's possible. Assesses the implications and incorporates into creative and omnichannel development.
Significant experience with creative and omnichannel marketing practices, such as writing, design, video, print and digital marketing (such as email, SMS, search and social media marketing.) Effective people and change leadership, including the ability to inspire, coach, develop and hold team members accountable to change. Solid relationship building and influencing skills. Ability to lead, collaborate and challenge cross-functionally, build trust, and manage conflict productively. Proven ability to lead teams to execute on multiple projects in parallel and partner to make prioritization and tradeoff decisions, while enforcing quality and brand standards. Comfort working across both creative and technical disciplines, including integrating technology, data, analytics, and AI into the creative process. Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite; i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) and marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Outcome oriented with a focus on innovation, testing, learning and continuous improvement. Experience actively managing resources and budgets to achieve goals. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable communication for multiple audiences including senior leadership, teams, and external stakeholders. You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
Significant experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite; i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and CRM (such as Salesforce.com). Hands-on experience integrating automation and AI into creative development and digital marketing practices.
