Creative marketing manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager based in United States.

This is a hands-on creative marketing leadership role within a fast-growing medical technology environment. You will shape the visual identity and market presence across digital, print, video, web, and event channels. The role combines creative direction with execution, covering everything from campaign concepts to production and optimization. You will create compelling content for technical B2B audiences while ensuring a consistent and recognizable brand experience. The position works closely with product management, market development, and other business partners to translate product strategy into impactful marketing assets. You will also contribute to website performance, lead generation, video marketing, and customer-facing communications. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence a growing healthcare brand while working across a diverse range of creative projects.

Accountabilities

• Lead website content and creative production, with a focus on user experience, conversion optimization, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Lead video content initiatives, including planning, production, editing, distribution, and optimization of video assets.
• Create and customize market-facing content for technical B2B audiences, including presentations, case studies, white papers, datasheets, brochures, infographics, animations, advertisements, and social assets.
• Design compelling visual materials, banners, landing pages, digital experiences, and multimedia content for web and print.
• Build and optimize landing pages designed to convert website visitors into qualified leads.
• Develop creative concepts and visual experiences for trade shows, conferences, and other commercial events.
• Create and execute on-brand creative platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials aligned with broader brand strategy.
• Produce data visualizations, process flows, charts, illustrations, presentations, and other graphics that communicate complex information clearly.
• Maintain, organize, and manage creative assets within centralized repositories.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain brand standards, visual guidelines, and creative consistency across channels.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and priorities are maintained.
• Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and consultants when required.
• Partner closely with product management, market development, and other stakeholders to understand product strategies and translate them into effective marketing communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing, graphic design, and video production.
• Experience leading small creative teams across concept development, design, and copywriting.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with content management systems such as Webflow, WordPress, or Drupal is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo is advantageous.
• Experience with video and digital production tools, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and relevant platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality creative work consistently while managing tight deadlines and a high volume of projects.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% globally, primarily within the United States.
