Client Overview:

Our client built a new platform for outdoor enthusiasts! The first app-based marketplace allowing customers to book trusted guides for every occasion – in a tailored and easy way. Making the searching and booking process easy for enthusiasts while offering guides a robust app to communicate, manage and expand their business. Trusted, certified and instantaneous, they have built and are constantly innovating the next generation outdoor Guides and enthusiasts tools.

Responsibilities:

• Contact outdoor activity guides and get them onto the client's platform.
• Build relationships with outdoor activity Guides through regular outreach to provide them free websites or online booking tools for their businesses and join an online marketplace of similar guides.
• Create and update task flows in the client CRM for tracking and progress.
• Accomplish a checklist of required Guide information for online profile creation.
• Ensure that all Guide/business data gathered are complete and accurate.
• Escalate Guide concerns/queries that are beyond your scope.
• Attend and participate in group/company meetings and learning sessions as prescribed by the Lead, General Manager and/or the Executive team.
• Meet the desired monthly target as indicated in the PIP document (issued separately).
• Coordinate and partner with the Success team for any post Sales need/concern.
• Contribute to process improvement through suggestions, analytics and/or feedback.
• Any additional related tasks as approved and communicated by the Lead, General Manager and/or the Executive team.

Requirements:

Preferably with 1 year experience in lead generation but individuals with no experience yet highly motivated and willing to be trained are welcome. Experience using Hubspot is a plus. Experience in web research is a plus. Experience in data mining is a plus.

Schedule:

Shifting schedule including holidays & weekends. May include US operating hours depending on the Leads and Sales strategy.
