Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans for the development of storage facilities, office/warehouse business parks, and RV parks, including determining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and manage project expenses.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and attend project-related meetings.
• Work remotely with some travel required in TX, and occasionally to NC and FL.

Requirements:

• 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Planning and Development, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Ability to monitor and administer multi-million-dollar construction projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to read and interpret building/site plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent project management abilities.
